Our comfortable air conditioned showrooms enable you to take a look at some of our incredible range of products, including pooll tables, pool dining tables, luxury pool tables, arcade machines, pinball machines, air hockey, football tables, jukeboxes and over 2,000 different snooker and pool cues.
We know this is a big purchase for many people, and we only house the very best quality products on our site. Come test them out and see for yourself.
Can I test the product I like at the showrooms?
With over 2,500 products in our range on our website it would be impossible to house all of these in one location. Instead we have carefully selected the most popular products which are most commonly requested to be viewed in the flesh. Call our team today to find out if we have the product you have your eye on.
If we don't have the exact product you're looking at, we are likely to have one from the same manufacturer or range which you are able to fully test and play with in order to get a feel for the quality you will be buying.

Where are your showrooms?
Our showrooms are all on the same site, in converted barns in the village of Elberton. It is just 10 minutes from Cribbs Causeway Retail Park and the Mall Shopping Centre, north of Bristol.
Situated just 3 minutes from the motorway, our showrooms are easy to reach with free parking.

Is there parking?
There is ample free parking for visitors to our showrooms.
Delivery & Installation
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all of our products to the majority of the mainland, UK. However, for some locations further north of Glasgow there may be an additional charge, depending on location. Please call our customer service team for a quote.
Can you deliver to my room of choice?
For larger games room product items such as pool tables, delivery to the ground floor room of your choice by our own team is included. There may be an additional charge if it's necessary for our team to climb stairs.
Smaller items such as accessories or arcades may be sent via an external courier and so will be delivered to your door.
What is the installation option for pool tables?
Installation is a recommended option our pool tables in order to save potential damage to the item, your property and more importantly: you! If you choose the installation option then your item will be professionally handled by one of our fully insured, specialist two-man delivery teams. They will build the item in place and remove all packaging for you.
Our teams have a wealth of experience and will happily answer any questions about the care and use of your table, whilst showing you how to level the table for yourself over its lifetime.
Can I add installation after I've placed my order?
If you've placed your order already but would like to add installation, then please get in touch with our customer service team. We are able to add this as an additional charge post-purchase, so long as the table hasn't left our warehouse just yet.
Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
If you've already placed your order and want to change the delivery address, then please get in touch with our customer service team. We are usually able to make this amendment so long as the table hasn't left our warehouse just yet.
What updates will l get about my delivery?
If your delivery is being made by our delivery team then you will receive an email with tracking information on the day of delivery. You will be able to track our team in real time so you're able to see when they're just round the corner from you.

Do you offer a price promise?
Yes we do. Simply call us with the details of the product you wish to buy, the competitor you have seen it cheaper with, along with the price. We will beat any offer like for like - so long as the items are identical (and in stock).

We are based in Bristol, occupying four converted barns, where we have our offices and showrooms. Our distribution centre is based in nearby Avonmouth.
