Namco Air Hockey Tables
Namco started out in Tokyo in 1955 making children’s rides, before moving on to create a coin-operated driving simulator in 1970. By this time the company had expanded from a small local business to the whole of Tokyo and beyond. After a rocky start, they started making video games in 1978 and had their first big hit - Galaxian - in 1979.
Namco are arguably best known, however, for their 1980 classic Pac-Man, one of the most popular arcade games of all time. Pac-Man Arcade Machines are still played by avid fans to this day, and Namco continue to build on the strength of their brand with their fantastic air hockey tables.
Namco have taken air hockey to the next level in collaboration with DC Comics, creating the Joker's Wild Air Hockey table which combines great gameplay with fantastic branding. This Joker-themed air hockey features fantastic artwork depicting Batman and his nemesis in action poses, emblazoned on the sides of the cabinet as well as the playfield.
